There is nothing to like about 2050 Healthcare. It should be rated in negative in all aspects. There is no work culture, no ethics , no respect, no work satisfaction, it's mere wastage.
Dislikes
Everything, there is no policy, there is no good infrastructure, training, proper guidance. The higher authority only talks about revenue but do not provide any helping hand and never visits the other branches to ok know about the problems , or hear out to the employees.

-Salary comes late, you'll get it on 10th-11th of the month -No respect towards the employees, they'll treat you like slave -Forget abt increment, first they hire you at very very low salary -No ethics nothing but they suddenly calls themselves corporate -Company dont have a proper vision -HR manager have no knowledge how to talk how to manage and escalate things, very unprofessional -They will call you anytime to the ofc, will force you to do extra time like they own you -They'll not give you your travel allowance & hold the salary for nothing -Too much internal politics It's better to stay away from this toxic company and it's toxic culture...Read More
