Periodic training to the employees keep them updated in the skills & Technics and also encourages external training also. I also like the employee re-hire policy of the company.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent. High expectation leeds to high work pressure leading to work for more hours or work from home to keep the space. It might affect work life balance some times which one should face when situation demands. Most of the time it happens on-job training to the freshers since there are no formal induction training etc. this leeds to dependency on Managers and superiors.
