Too much politics, weak HR (too much power to regional and zonal head ) . bosses don't like feedback.... No value addition , only work /work/work culture. No learnings.....ur seniors take credit of ur hard work and blame u for the branch culture......last 2 year were horrible....

You get to learn a lot here. Every single day brings out new challenges. Skillwise development makes you easier to work elsewhere after Edelweiss. Job security is very much there. Growth opportunities are there.

Dislikes

...on - They don't normally increase the fixed part of the CTC across organization. However, yearly bonus is very good. Work pressure is very much there as the focus is on generating more revenues. Politics is there in almost the organizations so doesn't make a difference.

Managers are supportive. The come with new ideas/motivation.

Dislikes

Pay disparity - Freshers are being paid the similar to what the 2-3 year experienced are been paid. People won't mind freshers being paid good but the experienced people should get some deserved value. Company is good but they do not stick to their processes or goals. They keep on hopping from one goal to another goal. There's nobody upto whom you will look upto as an inspiration. Although their primary goal is advisory but then end up sticking with sales targets. Happy with people but disappointed with the work culture.

Good work life balance. Very employee centric and open door policy. Good bonus

Dislikes

Fixed pay is less as they compensate by giving bonuses. Lot of restructuring. Job insecurity due to closure of many business verticals currently
