Great culture to promote internal talent. Open to mobility. Very resilient organisation. Good place to work with. Great infrastructure. You feel proud working with JP. Facilities are amazing.

Dislikes

Bureaucracy - that is the single biggest put off for me. Salary at senior levels is not very competitive. Also, you tend to get siloed quickly. At senior levels, career pathing is not very clear. When people resign, they are told about what great plans were being created for them.

Likes

The organisation is goal oriented and the goals are communicated clearly. Most leaders are not micro managers and give a platform for the teams to grow.

Dislikes

The salary hike in India has been terrible over the last 3 years. Even though the company makes unprecedented profits it is not shared with the employees. The bonus payouts are very bad as well at all levels if compared to other international banks.

Genpact is good for work life balance.

I can say one thing, salary wise it is lower than the industry.

Job security less. Lots of shifting of location due to lack of staff as under cost cutting stage currently

Timing is bit of issue as one need to stretch till late IST hours. But it’s very obvious if you work for US company then there should be atleast 4-5 hrs of overlap.
