Great culture to promote internal talent. Open to mobility. Very resilient organisation. Good place to work with. Great infrastructure. You feel proud working with JP. Facilities are amazing.

Dislikes

Bureaucracy - that is the single biggest put off for me. Salary at senior levels is not very competitive. Also, you tend to get siloed quickly. At senior levels, career pathing is not very clear. When people resign, they are told about what great plans were being created for them.

I can say one thing, salary wise it is lower than the industry.

Timing is bit of issue as one need to stretch till late IST hours. But it’s very obvious if you work for US company then there should be atleast 4-5 hrs of overlap.

Good pay package, Good number of leaves, good healthcover and benefits, great people to work with

Office politics, no documentation and lots of work, always working under pressure(will depend on project though), work life balance is not so good.
