Compensation is decent,but no increase ing salary structure.managers do not value an individual's.i have to take back my suggestions most of the time mid year appraisal do not increase of same year.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow.the work pressure is very high sometimes,seniors do not value an indivisual .company not get a chance for promotions and wants good for everytime .and some seniors are always support flert type employees and they doing politics with junior level employees.
