One of the least paying pvt sector banks in India. Although it is considered the IIM of Banking industry however, pay scales are minuscule when compared to other pvt sector banks.

Auto promotion policy.. as it's killing actual talent and giving undeserving salary to employees who are doing same work since last 10 years in same department. Ppl are more comfortable with let it go policy.
