Imagine a situation when everyone in your friends and family enjoy sat and Sunday and you sit and work without even time to get up, stretch and when during your week off which might be a wed-thurs and you have nothing to do as everyone else is in college or at work. its just you alone. UNREALISTIC WORK SCHEDULES.
5. EXTREMELY MONOTONOUS WORK:- 8hr*7*12*rest of your life till you plan to stay here. you just have to do one thing. process a task in same way as always, nothing more nothing less than that you do the same thing again and again till your life becomes gray, hopeless, boring, and completely robotic.
6.) 0 motivation from anyone. you just login and do the same case. end of story.
7.) Only suitable for those good at analytical skills and strong and accurate decision making skills. Hard to survive with abusive work patterns.

9.) Too much strict metrics: - Each and everything you do is recorded. Report cards are shared every week with constant drilling on performance. No leaves for any national or regional holidays: - you will be shocked when i say there is no holiday for Independence or a republic day, now just guess yourself out for the remaining calendar holidays. If you want a leave you have to take it from you leave balance which will be approved only on manager decision based on workload, team member availability, etc. which means you hardly get one. Casual leaves needs to be applied way before you need to take them. Unplanned casual leaves are a nightmare.
