Poor salary no hikes also, south indian (tamil) dominant company all management handle by them so if u are non tamilian it is very hard to get the recognition or back from u r superior.

Dislikes

10 hours working policy. No team outing no goodies. No extra bonus for extra task. Very low percentage of hike in appraisal. No fun events. Not much salary offering comparing the market.

Cognizant has strong capebilities in delivering technology services with a robust support. People are satisfied working here but since past couple of years company has not given ample opportunitiesto employees in terms of growth and compensastion
