Job security is good. Culture is bit of poor after new Indian management came. Insurance is good

Compensation is decent. work pressure is also less but depend on manager domain experience.

The company offers a pretty comfortable work environment and readily accepts the latest technology. I feel proud to be a process centric team that ethically caters to a huge client database.

Dislikes

Due to bulk hiring, incompetence gets overlooked. Compensation is not that great and overall growth is slow. Innovative ideas and suggestions get dampened easily.

I liked the pay structure and the extra bonus policy .

Dislikes

No promotion, less hike , can't take vacations though you have enough leave balance .
