2 months of bench and you will be put on loss of pay from 3rd month. No WFH on bench, during LOP also you have to come to office. Bench is horrible, projects will block you for weeks and you'll be not able to give interview for other projects and after that they will release you and your bench period will be wasted. Old mnc culture still manager's are in old decade. Get as much as hike you can get, very less hike Very less projects for Hyderabad in development role

Interview was good, interviewers didn't tried to exhibit their expertise. Convincingly good hike during joining.

Dislikes

HR Team is not good. Forced me to join immediately but no quick joining bonus. Usually people use personal phone number for official communication rather than internal communication tools.

I believe there could be more focus on aligning compensation with the evolving market standards and the growing responsibilities associated with different roles. This would help in further to stay longer period of time in company and motivating employees and ensuring their financial growth matches their experience and contributions. I am confident that the company values its team and continues to work towards improving this aspect. Overall, my experience has been overwhelmingly positive.

Cognizant has strong capebilities in delivering technology services with a robust support. People are satisfied working here but since past couple of years company has not given ample opportunitiesto employees in terms of growth and compensastion

Company has excellent work culture which fosters career growth. Work life balance, salary and benefits is good with good job security. It also enables skill development and learning which promotes work satisfaction.
