While I appreciate the opportunity and the great team I work with in TCS, the salary is really below industry standard.

Company knows how to train people for their jobs. There are many people who will help you selflessly. Everyone seems proactive which is must if you are new to company. For freshers, it's a blessing as it not only train you the best but also gives moral values learning (which will help you your whole life) and also nice people who helps you in every situation.

... problem of relocation as my manager and account didn't have problem with it. As always like any other company salary can be more competitive ;)

It used to be a better place, but hiring managers from other companies is hampering the work cultures.

Pay scale, no benefit at all, do not think about its employees at all, manager asks to out down paper if you are in bench due to location constraints.
