Salary paid on time which is very important for any employee to continue to work with company and also the Training part which is also very all employees to learn as much as they can.

Dislikes

There is not promotion for some employees if they are exceeded 4-5 years or more which is not good culture for any company.

Org is Serious about quality of client delivery. Salary and hikes are better than peers. Promotions based on work

The culture has diluted over last 15 years. Its not the Accenture that it was 15 years back.. HR has no say now and its all senior management driven

First thing the working environment is good. And teammates are very supportive. They will give salary hike and bonus every year

Salary is decent but our career growth also is good. There is a hind of 3 years before which you cannot resign.and the training also is good peoples can easily learn.overall its a good company for freshers

Initial salary is too low and 3 months training without payment.
