Too much working hour, Office politics, Salary difference between two same profile/responsible staffs just because one is Diploma Holder & other is Degree Holder, 3 month's nitice period.

Like as ethics,life saving rules,house keeping are very clean,

Canteen rules are no satisfied, every worker bus no facility, incentive no paid, bonus leave increase not increased

Good opportunity for learning and growth of carrier and need, good salary policy and good environment

Here are good teacher, teammates for learning and taking challenge for creativity, innovation etc

I have felt the family culture and learning opportunity is too much. Eventually I say this is parental compony where you can learn easily.

Salary is average while work is risky.
