I really like to make students understand the chapters and languages. It was also helpful for me as I was also practicing along with teaching my students

Dislikes

The dislikes was sometimes I used to get frustrate as the salary was very less and also I didn't get at time that was the only reason

Likes

It is a lovely profession to teach students and see their delighted faces once they understand concepts. It is also a good place for work-life balance.

Dislikes

Salary is less. It is possible to afford better increments, and the longer you work, the better increments should be given. Newbies getting paid higher does not seem reasonable. The teachers who have been there for years and years are not getting that salary. This is disappointing about this school. Student's fees are also quite high. Thus it is very much possible to pay teachers more.

1.The timing were good also salary was satisfactory and my colleague were corporative 2.In the critical time like corona management never stopped out payment we were doing work from home and were recieving our salary on time so I would to thank our management 3.The workshop which school used to organize for the teacher were very good it's helped teachers to upgrade there skills and give confidance

Dislikes

1.The supervisor and principal behaviour was not that good towards me and still my gratuity is on hold also they said that i won't receive my gratuity 2.I even want to bring this into the notice that I worked in the school for 10 years still I have not received my experience letter.

They conduct and encourage staffs to undergo more workshops and training which in turn helps in the job.

Dislikes

Salary can be increased.

I love whitehat jr. Teachers are given excellent support in all form. Whitehat jr is the best company which provides fair salary to the teachers. They do support us with webinar's on managing stress, money and they do support us with language training. Teachers can work from home on their comfortable time. Team is absolutely humble and polite.

Dislikes

As I said before I love whitehat jr. If you do your job, you will be safe. We(whitehat) miss only one thing, providing teachers with permanent salary and increment. I hope soon this will be implemented.
