Great work life balance.Most of the workforce arrive around 10am and leave by 5pm. But you may have to attend scrum meetings in the late evening from home. Campus is beautiful and has a world class Tennis court.

Appraisal mostly depends on product growth. Some team managers are biased against north Indian employees. Canteen service need to be improved drastically.

Overall a good company with impressive culture. There are a lot of opportunities for growth , given you have the hunger for growth. The company ‘s culture supports individual growth and I have witnessed people adhere to it. Overall a good place to work

Compensation in terms of money is less. But when you look at the bigger picture in terms of perks and other wellness benefits it’s good .
