No Layoffs, Company wise very good company, From package and benefits wise they can still work on, compared to other banks in the market Soc Gen package for experience professional is not that much great, I wont say its poor but not great. Freshers are getting good Salary.

Package and Promotion is bit slow, other than that everything is good in the company. Work is always there no pressure from Manager. Its more of taking individual responsibility

Learning, use of new technologies, good culture, work flexibility

Low annual hikes, ctc has a bonus component which will always be underpaid as compared to what was promised.

There is comfort & work-life balance to an extent

There is no travel opportunity coming up now. Culture is could be improved. The company should work on employee salary & benefits.

U can have or gain very deep knowledge while working in the organisation and your works are very transparent

Selfish policy they are making from past few years that is very bad There are many ways to do cost cutting, by sucking bloods of employees u can’t be profitable

HR team, at the time of interview HR discussion, HR commited for joining bonus. Later they denied. HR forgot to send it to SG business team for approval. When i raised complain against him.HR gave some excuses and finally said not approved by business team.
