- Job security - Great wlb - Salary on 25th - I had great opportunity to learn

- Lack of growth - No hike for 2020 - Variable part is 10% of ctc - No international relocation

Teammates were supportive however the management was not.

Salary was not decent and career growth was slow.

Nothing - Just that it gave me a job and because of that I am able to pay my bills.

The list goes on and on 1) SAPIENCE- A tool that is supposed to calculate your productivity but is actually something because of which people are most unproductive 2) They are not running a company but a school where you need to reach office at a certain time and stay there for 8 hours, even if there’s not much to do 3) They cannot accept the fact that we have a life outside office and we are expected to be available even after office hours 4) Very less hike and 1 promotion may take atleast 4-5 years 5) No interesting or challenging work, you will not learn anything. Just follow the preset rules. No place for innovation and effort. 6) No value for efficiency.

Onsite opportunity is very less. No annual rewards.
