Teammates are supportive, Awesome infrastructure, Best place for freshers to learn and upgrade ourself.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Compensation is good. They even provides fund to purchase office furnitures, internet reimbursement, etc.

Dislikes

Work life balance is very poor, I found it very difficult to take a break even to go to washroom or for having food.

# Need to run the time tracker until your shift gets over, that means you should be on your seat for 8 hrs. If you run the tracker and move a little bit, that's it your job will be at stake. # Manager will show their true colors, if you create any errors in your work or ask for hike and promo. # Cafeteria is very small. during the lunch hours, it will be congested. # Co-creation room needs some makeover with more space and more games. # Hikes can be increased. # Some analysts and TLs will support whatever their AM says, but they will not support you, even if you have a strong friendship with them. My Advice - Make limited friends, focus on your quality, ask questions/talk/give solutions in the meetings, be loud and clear in your opinions, you'll be saved.

There is no proper training and managers are not supporting to employees

Working in this company gives you a good opportunity to develop ur skills. For freshers this is a great place to start their career with high salary for this process also even for experienced. Company have very strict work quality policy. They give compulsary bonus every year and also based on performance incentives every month are given.

Dislikes

There is less yearly hike given in company. If quality work is not given by employee they may terminate the employee. Low job security. Have to to overtime compulsary if work is more.
