Some times, Salary hike is not possible each and every year unless you are not Super performer

Very good environment and culture. The management is transparent. Company policies are good ,they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics. Salary is decent but career growth is very slow.

Conduent is quite good in terms of salary package than other companies. But the problem there is 9:30 hours shift and other companies wants 9 hours shift only. But company is good to join and for starting up the carrer.

Have to be on system whole day.

The work culture is good and we have a good work life balance being here.

Dislikes

Less Job security and we cannot expect salary hike every year.
