Dislikes

Work culture (not all, but because of some senior managers who don't support our ambition), low salary that doesn't increase according to inflations, no bonuses, promotions that grows only in few percent which doesn't make a big difference.

Likes

Good in career growth opportunities available however need to get it only by completing course even though certain team management not allowed to move out of the Team.

Dislikes

Appraisal and Salary is bad not given proper recognise and not even rewards not considered on quarterly basis. It's only yearly basis and it's so upset to the employees.

I gives only job security and you get a comfortable zone in tcs

Dislikes

No growth in the process and no new learnings salary hike and banding will be based on partiality

It's more like a government job. Job security and benefits are a plus.

Dislikes

Poor management, Growth opportunities, Office politics, Less Compensation and salary Increment.
