They never delayed to paid the salary. Personally I like the job bcz everyday I met different kinds of students and taught them.

I honestly feel working as an online tutor will give you a good basic salary which is good for a fresher. But the work will not give you much development but if you are really needy for any job you should apply here. You will get MNC culture here. which will give you stable life for a few months.

I am honestly speaking I am tired of the HRs working in this organization, they did not reply at all even after requesting many many times. Only a few HRs are good. But mostly they are making our life terrible by not responding to our emails quickly. And the training time should be at least reduced or they it should be at least pay something to compensate the one month hope of an employee. I earnestly request to the company kindly don't keep such rules which restrict Nepali students to join our company only because they don't have Aadhaar or pan card. It is really difficult to deal with our government employees who don't care for people's emotions as nowadays it is getting mandatory and they don't change their way of working. So Kindly please ask HR to update their rules for hiring the needy. At least they will have a passport as their identity, which should be acceptable everywhere.

The company's work culture is really awesome. It provides timely training and development sessions as per the requirements. There is no target-based work. It also provides WFH opportunities when needed.

Dislikes

There is nothing as such which I dislike about Focus Edumatics. Coming to the salary part, it will increase based on the years we are serving here and the promotions we receive.

I am still working in this company...The provide facilities to their employees to work from home during this pandemic period and also they are paying salary's on time. In this company you can grow your communication skill as well.. And you can learn more things about online Tutoring.. It's a good platform to start your carrer.
