1) Projects are hard to find 2) No explicit trainings by the company so every candidate can get placed in project 3) Training to be self sponsored by candidate 4) Not women friendly as it claims example need to report to office as per policy registration regardless of transport and personal limitations 5) Transport allowance not provided 6) Asks to relocate to Trivandrum for retaining job else forces to quit the company

Good Clients with good technologies. Holidays as per clients. Good office Salary above market standards. 60 days notice period is the best thing. My experience was pretty good managers were good.

Very bad company websites. Resigned due to job dissatisfaction no one cares about it. No Hr or any person handling such situations. Stuck in bad project work there or resign
