Manager was very supportive they encouraged us to keep on learning and give our best. No extra hour of work we need to do. Incase of any doubt my lead and manager used to help us understand every single details of why and how we are going to fix it.

LTIMindtree is one of the company which has a good talk about job security of an employee. It has food benifits and travel benifits as similar to other companies. As a fresher I can share this much only.
