1. No promotion and increment from start till 2.5 years, after 2.5 years the appraisal form will process. 2. Avg. working culture 3. For Engineers ,in one room three peoples adjust. 4. Poor mess facility. 5. Yearly only 25 leaves for each employees. 6. In and out both punching is compulsory at site level as well. 7. Poor safety culture in Highway projects. 8. Poor support from management for the site staff from local problems. 9.No Skill Development

Working at Larsen and toubro Very Good But Job Is Transferable timely so With family set up every time very bad and children education problem.
