Inside factory permission need some improvements. Like work satisfaction not there , need more time for personal life. Rest of all excellent company.

Salary and increament is excellent as compared to other companies in the chemical industry.

Culture in terms of employee centric policies is degrading every year as change in Top Management has worsened the working conditions of the employees. Leaves are very little and limited as compared to other companies in the chemical industry

Promotional criteria time period of minimum 5 yrs is so much high. Designation, experience and salary structure not match and not satisfied.

The outlets which have been opened by the party companies have cell phone in their account which is 1.755% more and this is the worst decision
