Somewhat job security is there. Most of the projects are long term and stable. Salary at entry time is good. Encourages employees to take up paid certification which is reimbursed.

Dislikes

No promotion/hikes for last 3 years. Management doesn't care about good performers. HR is just a myth in this company. Client and company combined try to extract every ounce of work possible from a single person.

Likes

The people here are good and helpful in nature. Ethically strong Company. Work flexibility is there plus the Company provides good opportunities and responsibilities with trust to even freshers and junior employees.

Dislikes

...sn't do market correction unless and until you decide to leave the Organisation. Whereas Company is okay to pay higher salary for external hires. Appraisal and Promotion is below market average.

Capgemini puts employees first and definitely takes care of their work life balance, mental health.

Dislikes

The salary package is way below the market slab. Annual increment is also not that good i.e. hardly 2-5%.

While virtual training can be effective for technical skills, it may not be as beneficial for developing soft skills - Due to aggressive competition, speed often takes precedence over quality. This leads to unreasonable contractual terms and a disconnect between promised deliverables and actual results
