The only good things that i have observed is that they pay salary on time. Leaves are approves easily. Fun activities and functins.

Dislikes

A lot on the list. Be it micromanagement, worst appraisals, no matter how you have performed you are going to get a fixed percentage of raise that is far less than the expectations. Apart from that so many deductions from the CTC. Company used to be good initially but the standards are decreasing day by day.

Team mates are very welcoming, Salary is little low compared to other companies, but trust me it's a great place to work. Great work life balance.
