Solo Client handling for from starting to end which is good so far. Able to talk with any kind of client present my company and work them very well

Dislikes

Salary is not as per my expectations also location is too far ....Sunday is the working day also month end last 2 week of the month need to come office for the client meeting & booking purpose.

Salary is good. Perks are good. Have met really amazing people on this journey so far with Homelane. The idea of this company is excellent.

Dislikes

1. There is no work life balance. 2. We have a set of listed holidays but are forced to work on every single one of them. There are no festivals, no weekends, no life. 3. Work life culture, offices, management is very toxic. 4. Procedures are so lengthy, forget the client, designers get frustrated. Getting a house done for a client should not be this difficult. 5. Incentives are good but no special incentive reaches employees on time/ maybe never. 6. Leave structure is good but we cannot take 2 days of continuous leaves. 7. There is no learning curve, no growth. People less experienced are hired for management/ principal designer post and then are expected to be helped by employees working from far before and with more experience. Promotion is a scam.

It's salary package is good plus they have 2 wfh and 2 leaves in a month.

I didn't like company work culture it's very political.

Lot of stress and pressure from managers. No work life balance. Expect us to work full night and sometimes they even make us to call client after 10 pm for closures.
