Salary is low compared to most consulting companies.

Good projects, work life balance is poor in some projects but good in some others, good compensation

Management is poor, work life balance is poor as in my case my most of the team members are in US so I have to work from 8:30 am to 9pm and sometimes more

Promotions are very tough to get . They will skip hikes.

Some projects may have long working hours, and the compensation with respect to your experience is not justifiable.
