Job Security is very very bad especially when we are working at client location and after completion of contract period with client.

The company is open to Innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I also like employee re-hire policy.

...they will say it's not shortlisted and they contact them directly and hire them. So in this way they will not pay you referral bonus. The best possible way of cheating. This shows how HRs work in the compay. Efforts are from employees finding talent, give them profiles and they simply reject in email/portal and they hire him directly to avoid paying you referral bonus. Being HR they talk a lot about values, policies and loy other stuff. What they are doing here is assigning their talent acquisition task to other fellow employees so that they refer and make their job easy. (This is the worst I have seen in my career.)
