After a point of time, Promotions and growth are a bit slow. Also the work here what most of the Teams/Departments do is more of Collection in nature and not of that Research.

There is a lot of politics. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. As the employees are increasing lot of cost cutting is done as compared to previous years.
