It's superb company especially when it comes to salary and work life balance, flexible timing no tracking. Simply they want work and nothing else. Good people there and they provide free udemy access to learn. Sky is the limit if you really want to work.

Most of the companies have this issue, as of now people stay little late of work not done but it's ok it happens some time

Not all project are good, a lot of them have just maintainance work which isn’t disclosed at time of internal interview. Also, you will get stuck in such projects once assigned to. Skills will die away and you will there doing redundant work.
