People think this is a one time company. But I must say this is not such kind of company. A great place to work and learn.

Dislikes

The compensation plan I must say has to improve a lot. Also the notice period of 90 days is not good. Looking at the industry standard it should be kept somewhere between 45 to 60 days. That's enough for a KT.

At the time of hiring they give u decent hike but in intial appraisel they normalized the salary by giving u min appraisel even after performing and rating excellent level

Dislikes

Upper management decisions are not transparent to other managers which creates mistrust in end engineers. No learning in the company just work. Most of the clients are in the banking sector with legacy code. Employees' selection and release from the project depends on the mood of managers no interviews or work are checked.
