I liked the culture of synechron office, and Salary structure.

Nothing such as dislike because , things which i didn’t like is from client side. like no work life balance and unnecessary pressure, no job security.

Immediate Termination Only One or Two Projects If projects closed or any salary issue immediately out Main Issue, Budget problem Old employees priority

Good Work life balance and Nagarro offers job security some of my colleagues were in bench but Nagarro trained them instead of laying them off. Company culture is amazing.

Working on same tech stack Does not offer good salary in the industry Appraisal are not good

... repetitive work . One can manage and make a balance in personal and work stuff. Salary is good if you negotiate good at the time of joining. Later it becomes stagnant ( bonus is good )

Dislikes

Work , skill development , self growth is quite difficult as mostly old technologies are running since years . Senior monopoly. Very less scope for new comer to learn , implement new things , gives ideas and growth . Few people sitting since inception at senior level , they do not move resulting impacting your growth .

Cognizant has strong capebilities in delivering technology services with a robust support. People are satisfied working here but since past couple of years company has not given ample opportunitiesto employees in terms of growth and compensastion

Not good approasal No timely appraisal No promotion policies No standard salary parameters as per exp No benchmarking for compensastion
