Nothing to learn. timeline of the project or sharing of the drawing with a consultant always ends of the day, creating unwanted pressure on employees. boss interrupt, when you having lunch for timing. The second name of this company is Dhanukar Associates, so you will get all documents with this name, not as ARA Design.

If you are able work then you can get good salary if any one looking for only money and ready to sacrifice everything then is company is good.

I had a short tenure in TCS, was there to be judged much. But is an employee centric company but the the top down view does not have much visibility on the grass root level employees.
