Salary hike is not good. Promotions depends on office politics rather than your skillsets. Sometimes if there is no project with your team then the entire resource cluster stays unproductive for months. Switching to other team is next to impossible.

Nothing to learn. timeline of the project or sharing of the drawing with a consultant always ends of the day, creating unwanted pressure on employees. boss interrupt, when you having lunch for timing. If you are able work then you can get good salary if any one looking for only money and ready to sacrifice everything then is company is good.

1. No work life balance as most of the projects have tight deadlines and people end up working 12 to 14 hours a day. 2. Micromanagement in some of the projects.
