The staff was very good, specially the CLM (Umesh Jadhav). The CLM was vert supporting and was always available for me. The training was also effective as I learned new things and also came to know about the market. Policies was also good and the returns were also high to the customer. I just want to say the overall experience was superb.

There were salary issues. Still some of my PAID LEAVES are not paid in my last salary.

Poor training to the employees need more proactive reporting managers. .. should take quality managers for the middle level.

The office is located at the centre of the city. Teammates are very supportive and it was a good 2 years of learning. I've learnt alot about insurance from this company and i'm proud to call it my alma mater.

Dislikes

There was polictics and management takes so much time to address our issues. Salary is cut off based on our performance and whats promised to us was never met.
