..., you reach out to one HR, they send you to another HR, and the cycle continues. Low Salary - Compared to industry standards, the salary is low. Low Hikes - You'll mostly receive low Hikes during appraisals, and on questioned will mention it is as per Global Policy and the formula or method to calculate the appraisals is very vague and unsatisfactory. Delayed Promotions - Promotions are not provided easily even though your contributions are worthy of promotion. You have to fight with manager to get promotions. Poor Upper Management - Fake promises done by upper management in yearly meetings and townhalls which never happen in reality. Upper management will boast about profits and growth, but during appraisals somehow there will be constraints in their budgets. Work life balance - The work life balance is not that great. Too much work but too less staff in some departments and teams.

I liked the salary structure which have clear picture, no hidden matter. Hibrid system give lot of flexibility, pick and drop fesilities is good here.

Dislikes

Job security is the main fear here. Working environment also not friendly here always like tens full environment. I didn't know about other process but for my process in Kolkata it is the setuation. However it also stringent me eventually. These nagative things also helped me to discover new. So my gratitude for wipro will be always there. It helped me to take my career to next level.
