Higher management is very friendly Ethical behaviour in organisation No one tries to force you do something which is not under your scope(other than your project work) Location chnage is possible Hybrid work mode is also very flexible(for experienced resource) For freshers it's mandatory WFO You will get nice CTC while joining as an experienced resource. No dress code you can come as you want

No salary hikes but you get promotion 😂(so the CTC you joined should should be high and capgemini give high package while joining as an experienced resource, so won't be any increments further) No bonus Other than this nothing much I observed bad here

As of now it's only about the processes, there are a lot of processes and it's very confusing to know whom to contact for which. Even at the client side there are a ton of documentations and all.

The only negative thing about techm is that the HR here will never respond. no matter in how serious situation ur in they will never answer your call. They should just avoid having project HR as they are of no use.
