I liked everyone there. - You will get amazing role only if you are lucky. Mostly you'll get something that you don't like (for freshers ) and you can't change the role. Read cons to know why. - Great place to start career and settle at later stage of your life. Not an ideal place for in-between.

...akes everyone to work in more relaxed manner. So the environment is uninspiring. - insignificant salary hike ( It doesn't beat inflation) - Takes longer time to get promoted (usually multiples of 4 years ). Your worth is measured in terms of number of years of experience only.

They did not pay the salaries since 3 months. This made me took the decision but i have bond in this organization till 30 months. They were told me.we don't want to paying the salaries.if you ok with that u can leave. We are facing so many problemes and struggles. Please don't trust in this organization 😔😔😔. Still we are facility problems without job.

Promotion and correction of salary is not happening. My complete time in development and project related only when I should do participate in activities that increase the level to increase salary please consider work in the project. I m not feeling good the process of appraisal that is not happening as expected.
