1) Good Pay.. Would be quite difficult to grab the job outside as other companies may struggle to match SHELL salary. 2) Good culture maintained. 3) Respect each other. 4) Impressive HSSE environment maintained.

Dislikes

1) In my whole tenure, Shell is the best place to work with. However in recent years, I see a big threat on job security. That is the major concern. Sudden decision on the organisation changes puts all the employees at risk. In recent 5 years, I am seeing every year they brought major changes across business and FO. Of course it is enviable and understandable. However they should also think from employee perspective as well. I hope Shell will look into this and take appropriate action. 2) Job profiles can be little bit interesting.

Internal politics, your role uncertainties leads to job security threat. People perception will put you down

they do not recruit back the employees who left the company before due to personla reasons. I was actually very much interested in coming back to shell but i was not given an oppertunity
