Dislikes

There are lots of things. 1) Working atmosphere is not at all good. Toxic management who does not support you but only their favourite people. 2) Not too good specially for girls as management has weakness for beauty with brains. 3) No job security. Firing people on the spot without any cause whether old employees or new ones. 4) Unnecessary work ethics like if 5 minute delayed for coming, will be marked as half day without even informing you. Cannot eat or drink during non-break hours. Cannot scroll on mobile for 5 minute. Cannot go to colleauge for 5 minute to take break. 5) Office politics is the worst. Never trust a single soul whole working here. You can go and stick only for 6 months or 1 year at the most or else your future will be spoiled.

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and supporting. They good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 3 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

I only like it's stress management activities on Friday.
