No hike connsidering skillset, knowledge according to market standards. No WFH No transfer requests are allowed though we served for same organization and client for many years

...slow, with limited opportunities for promotion despite hard work and dedication. Inadequate Salary Hikes: Salary increases are not as competitive as expected, which can be demotivating for employees contributing significantly to the company's success. It's a good company to learn and gain insights. But they won't let your salary grow and you have to keep hustling more even in the same pay. Not so large presence else where to let you join in a different location

No hike even after working double than what you could. You'd realize the hikes are quite late and hold no value
