PLR not good for site team. Promotion also not good if you are working as a site engineer, since, promotion is depend on PLR points.

To much politics and favourasim at all level. Donkeys are everywhere, skilled persons left after 1-2 years. No growth opportunity for Juniors. Workers enjoy all benefits, officers are only for work.

HR Team here only for show case. Company provides below average salary to the workers that's why manpower not stable. Canteen is in wrost condition.
