...I worked in client location. So I don't have any Negative feedback nor positive. Salary is good and other benefits normal to IT standards.

I don't have any cons. But my colleagues told, synechron is good until you are assigned to a project. But in my experience I really don't feel any cons

Hr department are very active, and they given salary time to time.. That's very good..

There is nothing which is called job security.. Suppose the organization running loss for a month, they start force employees for resign.. The same thing happened with me..

Udaan management all of a sudden decided to layoff and few people salary for 2 months was not paid by Udaan n told us to leave Udaan within 2 days
