Salary structure is not as per experience & position. Huge difference in salary of freshers,less experienced employee & more experience employee.

Medical facilities are good compare to other organization, specially in COVID-19 situation

...ownship is still isolated while COVID Situation is getting normal at outside. 2.Increment or relevant compensation should be there(not given this year) because company is already running without affecting business. 3. Many Employees are still doing 12 hours duties as a part of COVID-19 precautions but 12 hr duty itself not safe for health.

...agement is transparent. There is a hug cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policy are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
