It trains you about something else and then gives you role about something else and then when that project goes after several years then you will be on bench and will not get any project

Good I like that there are good projects available. If you get that great you will get experience and knowledge.

Dislikes

1. Salary and hikes are low. 2. Poor employee welfare activities, once a year they take you out for team lunch. If you missed then nothing, no gifts, abs nothing, saving so much money but gives back nothing.

Company has great work life balance and with good manager it is way more comfortable to work here

Don't expect much greater salary hikes.

It's a employee friendly company. TCS have lot of good projects. Job security is more. Give the more Learning opportunities to employees.

Infosys focus on skilling up the employee apart from work. Many external certification like Microsoft, Amazon are free of cost.

Salary and benefits are not that good for freshers.
