Well stable company pay and benifits is very good as per industry norms, job security is also good.

Dislikes

Work life balance is not so good, streched working hours and limited leave option.

Teammates are good and Supportive, but salary are not paid on time delays for 15~20 days, no hike given even after projects are on positive, always reasons on delaying salaries and notifies employees on 7th of every month on delay regarding salary, ctc claims are not paid on time and kpi achieved arr not paid as well.

Dislikes

Internal politics and Head HR is rude to employees and not employee friendly if any support or queries asked, way of handling employees by HR starts from No and Not upto mark.

...mpany to work with. During this Covid situation company has not fired anyone.... Also salary deduction was very minimum....

Main problem is favouritism. Which is almost in every company.
