In Wipro, there are a lot of salary deductions, and the appraisal percentages are not very high, even for hard-working employees. This is the main reason for leaving Wipro, although the working culture is fabulous. If we want to lead a fulfilling life, financial growth is essential, and that’s the only reason for leaving Wipro

Compensation is worst Hikes are not worth Variable pay is not fully paid HR's behaviour is worst when you are not billed in the project especially Pooja Jha who is HR lead. She doesn't know how to talk to employees. Rude behaviour and talking
